Copyright
All source code, database schemas, scheduling algorithms, user interface designs, brand assets, document templates and written material forming part of Roster OS are original works owned by KhayInCorp and protected by copyright law and international treaties.
Permitted use
Access is granted to authorised organisations and their authorised users solely to operate their own staff rosters. No part of the software may be copied, decompiled, reverse-engineered, redistributed, sub-licensed or used to build a competing product without prior written permission from KhayInCorp.
Trade secrets
The rostering engine's constraint solver, fairness debt model, drift synchronisation and compute-metering mechanisms are confidential and proprietary trade secrets of KhayInCorp.
Customer data
Ownership of the software does not extend to customer data. Rosters, staff records and related content entered by an organisation remain the property of that organisation.
